Dev Blog #14 - Act 1 Oasis: Update Progress for the Public Release

The public update is almost ready. In this release I've also implemented the patch system, so future dev releases and correction patches will be much lighter to download.
That said, the implementation turned out to be more complex than expected. It seems to work, but I still need to run enough tests to be sure.
With this release I'll also probably open the Discord server.
If all goes well, I should be able to release the public version by the end of this week!
