Ben Diskin Commission - Lorenz Hellman Gloucester. FINISHED

WIP 1: hellooo everyone. I bring my newest commission, commissioned my none other than Ben Diskin himself to make this lovely print of mister Gloucester himself. Lorenz has always amused me with how flamboyant he is and I love it. He’s a great character and I’m really happy I got a chance to draw him. The pose was hard to do, and I’m still struggling on how to make the composition interesting, but here’s what I have so far!

WIP 2: So here is my latest WIP. I honestly thought I wasn’t going to get anywhere with it, because one point perspectives are hard to make good but I honk the colours and lighting are selling it so far! I haven’t shown it to Ben yet, out of respect for Billy’s passing, but I’m hoping this piece helps lift his spirits a little bit. I’m trying extra hard on this to make it something Ben will love.

When do you guys think I should message Ben with this?

FINISHED: and were all done! I’ll admit, I at first had my reservations about this piece because I didn’t think that I’d be able to do a good job on it, but actually, I think it’s one of my strongest currently! Funny how things work out that way.
