Starting 18-Dec, Patreon will be adding $0.38+ service charges to all pledges
Added 2017-12-06 19:51:43 +0000 UTCIt is my regret to inform you that Patreon is adding service charges to all patron donations, beginning on December 18th. These charges will not be immediately obvious to all pledgers. These fees begin at $0.379 and increase from there.
To reflect these changes, I have edited the "rewards" section of this page to inform all patrons of the hidden surcharges.
No, I'm not happy with Patreon adding these surcharges, especially when these charges are money that does not go to the creators that I patronize. I do want to thank you for your support, and as I make good on the pledges already received, I will review future options.
