Added 2023-02-27 23:28:34 +0000 UTCTo the left of the main house, slightly set back and hidden by trees is the servants block, with land managers room, laundry, kitchen, and more, around a central courtyard with access to the wall garden. It is connected to the main house on the ground, first floor, and via a basement tunnel that serves all the dumb waiters.
So was it the cook who poisoned them with herbs got from the gardener, or did the master of the house find that his land manager was stealing money and hiding it.
Or the maid that heard something she should have.
Anyway I hope this gives you food for thought.
