It's not only that you need to make a game and have the right flavors, but I believe that being able to blend them together is also very important. If there's no connection between the adult content and the gameplay then why bother -- non-game adult content is readily available all over the net, and doesn't have it's production budget split between game and content.
I've wondered how difficult it might be to make a game where the adult content IS the game.. I mean, you've got repetitive actions which can form a basic game-loop, but also variations of types of activity/positions/speeds, etc. Some old flash games I guess do this in a very basic way with the rising bars on the side, but I was wondering about something more complex.. watching partner expressions for cues on when to move to a different pattern (like an old-school boss battle in a way).
