I did think you missed one aspect of Pregnancy here, and that is the growth that comes with it. You could say that it is a given that growth occurs during pregnancy, so it is not something that should be the focus. But there are a few games, where Pregnancy is the cause for substantial Breast-Expansion and Weight Gain.
