I like them as while they tend to list things I already knew about from other videos you've done, there are always new things I've missed or forgotten about. If a game makes the list it's normally worth a try.

2023-09-26 13:17:37 +0000 UTCWhat is "new" or not is kind of hard given Patreon development cycles. I count a game as "new" when it releases, releases as Early Access , or it leaves Early Access. It is an imperfect system, but I'm not sure what would be better.

Paradise Lust was great, but thinking of it as a 2023 game doesn't come naturally because I feel like it's been around forever. Projekt Passion was well-done, surprisingly funny. Love and Sex is really impressive on a technical level, but the art quality is pretty inconsistent. I'd still probably lean towards that one just based on its ambition. I'm going to wait on The Genesis Order until it's out of early access, but I assume that's a heavy hitter too.
