Please japan has BIG issues when it comes to sexual violence and just looking at reported cases isn't going to convey the reality there. Human rights watch cites over 95% of incidents of sexual violence are not reported and before 2017 people without vaginas could not be raped according to the law. So please don't say they have it figured out
