"Beach Series": news, arts, teasers...

I was chatting with my colleague the other day, and he mentioned I should make more posts about the current state of things. He's right—I know it myself! The issue is, I just don't have enough time. Still, I'll try to do better moving forward, pinky promise!

The artwork is becoming more interesting, vibrant, and diverse. So today, I'm sharing all the stages of its creation.

First, I finished sketching and painted the characters. But for the sake of demonstration, I'll also show you sketches of both the characters and the background.

Sometimes, I slightly adjust the shades of the characters' skin tones to better suit the scene’s setting—especially in moments where the characters are close, like hugging, and their skin seems to blend together. Or at least, it feels that way to me... because, well, I'm colorblind.

To make things clearer (at least for myself), I try to give each character's skin tone a distinct color. My palette ends up a chaotic rainbow, and my eyes practically roll to the back of my head when I see all that! But once I'm done with all that...

Then comes what the zoomer artists call 'rendering.' I just call it what it is—applying color and shadow. If there's anything you should be showing off that is the result of your work, not some fancy names. Enjoy the behind-the-scenes look! Be patient — 'Beach series' should give you a good taste of the quality you can expect from the sequel.

And now, some exciting news! In two (or maybe three) months, I'll most likely announce a new game. Not just Milf’s Plaza 2, but something entirely new. Really, really new. Before I even start showing it off, there's a ton of preparation to do—but I promise it'll be a surprise worth the wait. Trust me; I'm aiming to blow your expectations out of the water!
