Onsen and Sauna in Bandung, Indonesia

I've been a member here since 2022, and the price has remained the same, which is $31 per month. If you want a cheaper option. You can choose the annual membership which works out to around $18,5 per month. As a bonus, if you sign up for a 1-year membership you'll get 1 free month or a voucher for a free stay. Your choice!

If I didn't wrong price pervisit is around $6-$10. The address is Holiday Inn Pasteur and the fitness center is called Ninety Six Fitness. The fitness center is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Want to know what facilities you'll get?

1. Free Parking

Self-parking is available on the 3rd floor, accommodating both cars and motorcycles.

2. Towel

Towel rental is available for post-workout showers or soaking (free).

3. Sauna and soaking pool

Available at specific times:

- Sauna: 07:00-11:00 & 14:00-21:00

- Soaking Pool: 14:00-21:00

Sauna temperature: 60-70°C

Water temperature: 30-35°C, warm and cozy.

The sauna is adjacent to the soaking pool. Please note the rules: no nudity, no smoking, and showering is required before entering the pool.

Shower before soaking to ensure a clean body before entering the pool.

For beginners, start by soaking your feet and gradually work your way up. I typically spend 15 minutes soaking and 10-15 minutes in the sauna. Remember to bring your own soap and shampoo, as the provided ones may be empty.

4. Locker

Free and spacious lockers are available.

5. Gym Area

 The gym is divided into two areas, with the first being the cardio section, equipped with yoga mats, stationary bikes, and treadmills.

The gym area is spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable amenities like free refillable water and a fridge to keep your water cool.

6. Swimming Pool

I personally haven't had a chance to swim in this pool yet. It's located on a different floor from the gym, on the Ground (G) floor, right next to the hotel restaurant. The pool is open from 07:00 to 18:00.
