At first, I was surprised when I heard from my Personal Trainer (PT) that I had to eat like this and that. But now it's been 6 months and I'm enjoying it. And this is the chicken porridge that I eat EVERY SINGLE DAY!! LETS GO!
Cooking Chicken
I personally use chicken breast fillet, but you can mix it with skinless thigh fillet - 1:1 or 2:1 works fine. I usually go with 1:1. Just boil it for 15 minutes, no fuss. Feel free to add some lemon, bay leaves, or whatever you like!

Normally, I boil a large quantity at once, like 8 kg, which can last up to 10 days. It can be stored in the regular fridge for 7 days and up to 10 days in the freezer. Remember, after boiling, the 8 kg of chicken will shrink to around 6-7 kg. To store it in the fridge, you can use Tupperware or other airtight containers.

Per meal, I can finish around 350-400 grams of cooked boiled chicken.

For my carb source, I rely on this porridge powder. I typically use 3-4 tablespoons

First, boil some water.

Add the porridge powder.

Stir until smooth.

Add the chicken that was weighed earlier.

Add some seasoning powder to taste. Or you can add mushroom broth, low-MSG broth, soy sauce and other options whatever you like.

That's it, just wait until the flavors absorb, it won't take 5 minutes! Add some veggies!!! Luckily, I'm allowed to eat green beans, I usually eat 10-15 pieces. And that's it, ready to eat!!! This is literally my daily meal!!!

I eat twice a day, at lunchtime (11:00/12:00) and dinner (no later than 18:00). After that, I usually only have fruit, either banana or papaya, around 150 grams.

Don't I get bored? Sometimes I get bored, so I change up the seasoning. I might add BBQ or balado seasoning, but that's rare, maybe once a month. Is that cheating? Sometimes, yeah, but honestly, it's rare, maybe twice a month.
As for drinks, I'm not a fan of sweet beverages, so I stick to plain water, about 2-2.5 liters a day.
What about whey protein? I'm actually not a fan of whey. I break out in acne and it wreaks havoc on my skin, so I stick to real food.
That's it!
Thanks!!"
