Don't forget to wear your wristband ticket. and take off your shoes. You'll find shoe locker, but if you wanna gym just bring your shoes

Yeashhh!! we have to barefoot when we entering the whole hotel or use the hotel slippers if you booked room here.

And here is the floor guide. If you wanna swim you can buy another ticket about $6,5

So I went to 6th floor where the Spa Asia and the gym are here.

You can see a big sign when you here that "camera/phone not allowed". So I will show you a little bit of situation inside the locker room. Can you imagine how huge is this??? I get 1100 number of my key!!
Many people here is already naked so now is my turn
Because camera is not allowed so I will show you a picture from the website. Before we enter. we'll go through the reception and grooming area. Remember to pick up a towel on your way in. As we enter, you'll be immediately immersed in a stunning pool with an atmosphere like this! Be prepared for a surprise, as you'll see a lot of people naked. There are approximately 300 people inside in the saturday morning around 10.30 am. Most of them are Local (Japanese).

Lets go to another pool. This is a pulse massage pool. When seated in certain areas, you'll experience a gentle electric-like sensation. Please note that pool usage is limited to 3 minutes.

In front of this pool there are 2 pools, the milky pool and the cold pool 19°c. The milky pool created by micro-bubble oxygen technology (unfortunately, no photo is available). The micro-bubbles penetrate deep into the skin's pores, providing benefits such as improved blood circulation, skin detoxification, hydration, and brightening, stress relief, and wound healing and inflammation reduction.
Next to the Milky Pool is the Salt Sauna. It offers various benefits, including detoxification, improved blood circulation, relaxation, and healthier skin. The salt available in the center can be used and applied to the body.

Next, let's visit the relaxation pool, equipped with TVs for your entertainment. You can unwind here or sit in the nearby footbath, which features warm, shallow water. Shower facilities are conveniently located on both sides.

Next up is the Bali-style Jacuzzi pool, giving off major summer vibes. Conveniently located right next to this pool is a paid spa service.
Moving on, we have two sizeable pools, each featuring wooden seating, loungers, and TVs for a comfortable and relaxing experience

Right next to the two large pools are two sauna rooms with different temperatures, one at 90°c and another even hotter. There's also a water fountain in front of the sauna rooms, just in case you get thirsty

And this is one of my favorite areas - the outdoor zone. There are more than 4 different pools, along with 2 small bath tubs. The sensation is cool on top and warm below. The pools are divided into several temperatures, ranging from 38° to 45°c. Next to these pool you can try paid stone massage the price aroun $10/10 minutes.

And that concludes my spa experience at Spa Asia. Now, I'm off to the gym and don't worry you can use the provided clothing too

Most people who work out here are from Spa Asia, so everyone wears the same uniform... and no underwear haha 🤣🤣

The gym is fairly standard, nothing special but decent enough

After a 1-hour gym session, I headed back to Spa Asia and continued my relaxation routine. I wrapped things up at 5 pm, but the great thing is, you can stay at the spa for as long as you want - literally, all day!

They have a very comprehensive range of bathroom amenities featuring soap, toothbrushes, shaving kits, hair care products, skin care products, hair dryers, combs, and much more

I didn't even get a chance to visit the European Spa on the 4th floor because I was already so satisfied with the Asia Spa. Spa World is definitely a must-visit recommendation for anyone in Osaka, Japan. My rating 🌟1000000/10
