You should definitely react to the season 3 teaser, there arent really any spoilers besides showing the basic premise of the third season. for interviews, i recommend the ones from Autumn Brown

They go over the history of the adaptation, and compare the books to the show without getting nitpicky - it’s about why the show works as an adaptation.
