A beautifully dark and real depiction of a variety of interesting themes, namely ambition, greed, family and the mind-losing quest for power. Daniel Day Lewis is also seen in the eyes of many as one of the greatest actors of all time. If you ever watch some of his interviews, he is so soft spoken. Now, compare that with the character he plays on screen. Brilliant.
