I have a wild theory What if the lady from the asylum that Wednesday saved is Tyler’s mom? If it was her aunt Opheila, Fester would’ve recognized her and he also said when Mortica sent him the first time for her she was already gone. The reason why I think that could be Tyler’s mom is because 1)when Wednesday opened the door window she asked her if she was there to kill her and when Wednesday said no she told her to go away like she wanted her pain and suffering to end and again Fester would’ve recognized her, 2) The Frumps and Addams family thrive off of pain, being tortured and death and welcome it gleefully so it doesn’t fit right that a member of that family would want to die to end being tortured 3) I rewatched this season again and noticed that when galpin was getting drunk while watching a home video of Tyler and his mom, the lady from the asylum is wearing the same dress as Tyler’s mom in the video It also puts into perspective as to why Galpin never wanted Tyler around outcasts, knowing what he was and what would happen to him because of what happened to Tyler’s mom which fast forward is happening now
