2025-05-26 23:54:41 +0000 UTCI'm standing on Business with this prediction... Lin Ling is Hero X, and here's 2 reasons why. I recently analyzed the OP (I highly recommend NOT to) and you'll notice a "new" guy dressed as Nice in the end of the OP. I watched a video explaining that Hero X's ability allows him to change reality with a snap of his fingers, which is supposedly showcased by the animation changes in the show and OP. The 2nd reason has to deal with the way his arc ended, as well as how his powers work. If HE is the one changing everything into a cartoon with epic Hero vibes whenever fights happen and animation dips into 2D, then it reminds me a LOT of his AD campaigns in the very beginning of episode 1. Lin Ling was the one coming up with ways to sell the heroes and their ideals. He was the one dreaming up what a hero SHOULD be. If ANYONE had the power to snap Heroes into what they SHOULD be in the heat of the moment, it would have to be someone like Lin Ling, if not just him himself. He's literally recreating a world where heroes thrive and get the job done. Before this episode, that's all the 2D animation has been. Which makes this episode interesting 🤔 Did his affection/Fandom for Lucky Cyan influence him to imagine her entire existence in 2D? Like she was one of HIS heroes as well? (Lin Ling or not, if Hero X indeed has that ability, then why only backstories and fight scenes in 2d til now? Is it because that's what makes a hero stand out most?)
