2025-04-22 22:28:21 +0000 UTCItβs not fair that wellz is using blue eyes deck to whoop yall, one of the newest structure decks out right now is blue eyes and it has a ton of newer cards and good staple cards, the deck is cheap and all you need is to buy 3 of the same deck to get 3 copies each of the necessary cards to play at a local tournament with tryhard nerds

2025-04-22 15:11:31 +0000 UTCDepends on what classifies as OG. Many of the OG archetypes got heavy supports and can beat those top tier decks if opened with a great hand against a brick. If we are talking about similar decks like the ones they are using in the show then itβs close to impossible.

Obelisk is the only one of the 3 that has targeted protection from being destroyed but the reason why Kaiba's Obelisk beat those two rare hunters in 1 attack despite them having 2 defense monsters is because he has an effect in the anime that allows him to dish out 4000 damage to EVERYTHING on the field, including the 2 opposing duelists at the cost of the 2 monsters that Kaiba sacrificed to activate the effect on his turn.
