2025-04-08 17:59:18 +0000 UTCYo, what I hate most about how Yu-gi-oh was handled by Konami is the 2K MyTeam aspect of things. Every NEW deck is either trash or OD OP. And I mean OD OP. It felt like at one point every new deck countered the last one, and before that, they made a ton of decks that just WASHED the older generation of decks. Do this 3 times over, and now you see where the game is currently at. More than 80% of decks are deemed "Not competitive" because they just aren't. That still leaves about 50 different decks to choose from, but the top 10 decks are just SO OP, that it doesn't make sense to run anything BUT a top 10 deck. But then the game grows stale, facing the same damn cards every other duel. Your deck will never be perfect and it will always lose to it's counter deck. That's why the game will never be Magic the Gathering. That's why it has limited appeal. It's just TOO unfair. Now, it is still extremely fun to play at even levels. Even if you have a top 10 deck, you still can have tons of fun playing against other top 10 decks, and washing every other deck you face in the process (Except those GOTCHA! Decks... the ones that are just there to pull off the impossible, like Exodia or 1-turn kill strats lol) I'll always love this game, but it Will forever be flawed because Konami is money hungry. That's why Masterduel can be fun up until Diamond Rank, then the fun drops off dramatically 😆

2025-04-08 07:35:26 +0000 UTCAyo, Rob... No CAP... Gator is FIRE AF 🔥 😍 Tried it a few times last year at a new joint up the street. Asian owned, they fry it Cajun style and it's honestly better than chicken. Can get stringy if over cooked or if you don't eat it right away, but it's THE BEST fresh.
