2025-04-09 17:50:25 +0000 UTCwatching this with y’all in japanese really did make me realize how much i recognize the language by ear; but after a few minutes into my own watch - i got used to hearing the mandarin (its original language), & i actually, personally, prefer that ! don’t mind watching both versions though. w intro to this anime, i’m def excited to see where it goes from here ! such an interesting concept.

2025-04-07 17:09:25 +0000 UTCDope pick gents I’m usually Team anti dub, but I gotta say the English dub actually flowed a lil better to the lip sync of the characters than Japanese (the original audio is actually Chinese) so I think other peeps may actually rock with the switch to English dub. Tanjiro and Okarun’s voice actor will be missed but the other characters sound weird
