The first one was just a random coincidence that he happened across. His device allows him to track the cracks and then force them open. He is just technologically smart and resourceful. There is nothing special about him like Dante.

2025-04-06 21:11:43 +0000 UTCYo (DMC 3 SPOILERS!!!) Look AWAY, WELLZ! I don't remember her dad's name, but the Jester from DMC3 is a BITCH, yo! He's responsible for a lot in the game, but this anime made him worse! He literally started the whole event by opening a portal (unbeknownst to him) and letting the boy through to hell in the first place. He's also the one who raised Mary to be a demon, in more ways than one. The reason I HAVE AN ISSUE with Mary in this series is because she never had a backstory (or superior tech) to explain her character. She was hard, and she was a mystery. You didn't know who she was nor how she got there, in the game. You just saw her constantly do the impossible. You saw scene after scene of her greatness, but NEVER did she cross the lines of being TOO brazen and without fear. Even in her Boss fight, she was capable, but NEVER OP.

2025-04-06 20:03:16 +0000 UTCAmazing episode with genius levels of screen writing, over half the episode telling the story without any dialogue, great animation style, fantastic music choices to enhance the emotions of the scenes being depicted... Only for it to end with Rob shouting over everyone. 90% of the time I do find these heated debates funny and entertaining (to the point where I really believe it's just acting) however on this occasion it felt out of place and ruined the tone at the end of this reaction.
