But you right about dmc 2 and gameplay wise for both they are shit (compared to modern games, especially 2). We can just forget 2 even exists. I think he should just watch a recap of the story of both.

The first 2 are trash by today's standards (1 was once Goated) and they are irrelevant to any real story telling (2 is a waste of data space) Just play 3 and 5. 4 is fun mechanically... but the story is also dog shit (KYRIE!!!!!!)

2025-04-06 20:24:59 +0000 UTCTS 7:35 Nah, Jer, don't front. This is 10x better than their first attempt/anime, AND they made Mary 10x worse!!! 😆 the Mary bit is My opinion, but this is better by far. Even to this point. The 1st anime had a terrible first half, but it wrapped up nicely with a promising ending arc. However, it never felt true to the games, it had weak writing, and if it wasn't for the love of this franchise, it would have been Dogwater by any other standards. This, right here, is peak. That was forgettable. Best short anime since Edgerunners? I think so! If it gets a s2, let's hope it's like Castlevania s3 and 4.

It had me lost in the 1st half, but like most of my 2K games, it came back STRONG in the 2nd half and took the W in the end. Ngl I LOVED the 1st 4 episodes... but the 2nd 4 episodes is ELITE. S-Tier. Immaculate. Indescribable as anything other than positive to the MASSES...! THANK YOU for binging this 🙏 yall would have appreciated a day break between 4 and 5 (that's what I did) but I imagine this was a helluva Binge! (MILES ABOVE Hazbin Hotel 🤣) It was meant to be a movie, and I hope yall felt that way. I thought it was gonna be a MONTH before anyone finished this show for a reaction. Yet again, GOAT'D!
