The actor who plays Kang Tae-moo is actually the one speaking english it's not dubbed. He was born in South Korea but raised in Canada, he's Korean/Canadian his english name is Paul Ahn. He also didn't have to serve in the Korean mandatory military service because he has double citizenship.
