The Lord of the Rings The Two Towers (Final Scenes)

Apologies for the technical difficulties. Here are the last 20 mins that were cut off in part 1.

Comments

Because you didn’t read it the first time 😂

Sebastian Valenzuela

Wellz with the rage bait getting pat and rob to argue about their who’s taller. Shit was funny af😂

Ken

morgoth is weird because he’s genuinely a giant, like taller than the balrog and he was fighting like hyper mythical elves and shit and got like banished so i forget how much the numenoreans did to him specifically. but the numenoreans literally marched into sauron’s kingdom, beat down all the orcs and took his ass back to numenor in chains. if you look up shadow of mordor see the character “the tower” he’s got weird armor but is actually a fallen numenorean working for sauron and he’s huge. genuinely like 8-9 feet tall and you play as a normal human, def best rep i’ve seen despite the lore changes from the game

Te Le

They were super humans like that ? Damn we’re humans like that when they fought morgoth?

Alciel

Men of the west is one of the best YouTube channels that will perfectly explain the series

Alex

Gimli is the son of one of the Dwarves in the Hobbit.

These films were not remastered extensively, it's just how good they look. I saw the films in theaters when they first debuted, and trust, it was an unforgettable experience. These movies are breathtaking - a tribute to the skill and artistry of the production team. It's why this trilogy won Academy Awards. Gollum is portrayed by actor Andy Serkis (Claw in Black Panther). They used motion capture for his performance. You all should watch Peter Jackson's extensive behind-the-scenes appendices of the making of these landmark films. They shot all three films back-to-back. This series is an achievement in filmmaking.

Dandadan ep12??

Luckylo

The battle scenes in lord of the rings are something else it’s a shame the showrunners of game of thrones thought battle scenes are sometimes boring

The Movie Buff

In the 3rd movie Sam shows how he is the best friend anyone can ever ask for.

ItsLargeDad

also don't take rings of power numenoreans as canon those guys are pussies. Imagine a race of boromir's and aragorns but those are like every one of them and they're all as tall as shack. basically fantasy chads

Te Le

the vfx weren't really remastered at all if i remember right. the main problem people have with like the 4k versions is now the hyper clear shots of the people make the cgi immersion break a lot more than the original dvds because the colors change. the cgi for the most part is the exact same as on release and the behind the scenes documents all the effects extremely well. Gollum and WETA basically used what George Lucas learned from episode 1 and jarjar to make Gollum, Andy Serkis really did things like jumping for a fish in the river in order to have perfect reference footage. Gollum is a huuuge part of cgi history and is responsible for planet of the apes looking so good and pretty much any modern cgi character

Te Le

boromir and aragorn is another comparison they draw and then in this movie faramir vs boromir. so many great depictions of different types of strength and willpower. Willpower is kind of the big theme around the ring

Te Le

frodo and sam kinda like gandalf and saruman are supposed to show the corruption of darkness. saruman succumbed while gandalf was reborn in light. we saw how kind and earnest frodo was and his great love of the shire, but now all we see is how its waning while we have sam who is unshakably determined to push frodo through this journey even as he's being slowly corrupted in front of him. by looking at how amazing sam is right now we really see the distance frodo has traveled and how much he's suffered to be in this almost ptsd like state

Te Le

imma be honest saruman is less controlled by sauron than count dooku was controlled by palpatine. he simply serves to show that even someone of gandalfs standing, respect, and power could succumb to the dark forces of the world. kinda like anakin or obito he's simply a fallen angel that shows how amazing a simple honest creature like frodo is for resisting

Te Le

Gandalf and Saruman are immortal just like the Elves (Galadriel, Elrond and Legolas) but they are much older than them. They existed before the world was created. They are something called Maiar Spirits which is what Sauron is as well. So technically Gandalf and Saruman aren't actually old men but those are the forms that they had to take in order to go to Middle-earth and their powers are way more restricted in these forms.

Josh Hargrave

Not Balmain 😂😂😂😂😂
