I liked it, at least. IRL Death Note vibes, ya feel? Also, Blood Blockade Battlefront is a MUST after you finish Dandadan! It's honestly the closest anime to Dandadan, minus the perversion, AND it was done by Bones... almost 12 years ago! The animation STILL holds up as one of the beat in their catalog, and remember Studio Bones was started by the God of Japanese animation, the father of Sakuga (aka dope ass free moving animation), AND the creator/lead animator of Cowboy Bebop... Plus, Black Lagoon??? 2025 gonna be lit! But 2024 has been pretty fire, NGL. LOVE the gaming channel! (Please try the Death Note game with the crew some day!)

2024-12-09 19:37:15 +0000 UTCIt may get repetitive, but it’s all about execution. Some anime doesn’t need to be the most complex story, but the art direction and animation can carry it. First few episodes and chapters literally tells us what to expect but people still enjoy it.
