Robby and Miguel just got better and Kwon and axel are new antagonists so of course they are naturally gonna be better. Hawk never meant to be that important of a character(at least not Miguel Robby level important) his arc literally ended with season 4

Robby isn’t a soft dude, he’s been in juvie, so I think Miguel’s first approach wasn’t wrong. If you were at world tournament and day one you and your girl put up the only points for your team and your captain is fucked up over his ex and is dragging your team down. You would be mad too.

2024-11-19 17:32:01 +0000 UTCI feel what Evan is saying about Hawk, he did get nerfed these last 2 seasons, shit even in S4 until the finale, he wasn't doing much, but honestly it's because he wasn't meant to be one of the main kids in my opinion and because of his popularity in the first 2 seasons they kept giving him more screen time, now we are just seeing what the character was supposed to be originally, if that makes sense. I personally was never really a hawk fan and thought he was overhyped so him fading into the background doesn't bother me, what does bother me though is how annoying he and Dimitri have been ALL season bruh, but especially in this episode, the way they came at Kenny was foul and they owe him an apology. I like Miguel's talk with Robby but had he came to Robby with that type of energy from the beginning, Robby might have figure his shit out sooner, instead Miguel spent majority of this season sulking but I'm glad he came around in the end, and to be honest the MVP of this tournament to me has been surprisingly Sam, she's put the team on her back all tournament and this is the proudest I have ever been of her.
