@Rico They actually show/imply it in the episode tho. That's why she you can see the stars and city in the background while she's dancing, showing she's up high. You can also see her step off of the building for a split second (literally only like one frame, you basically have to watch it in slow motion to see it around 16:44 in this reaction). It's why the camera whirled around her after she did that last jeté (leap) and you hear the thud when she hits the ground. Some reactors picked up on it.

after i saw this ep i read the chapter that was adapted, This is def my second favorite anime rn, But also i think its implied the daughter was Taken and or Sold, And most likely died by being mistreated bc we see her as a child with her mom, in what seems like the afterlife or wherever spirits reside, or they could've been lookin at the stars together another time
