2024-10-11 15:26:52 +0000 UTCThe first chef you see when Carmy goes to NY with the French accent is Daniel Boulud, who is an actual chef and the owner of Daniel, a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC. The scenes between Carmy and Boulud were all filmed in Boulud's actual restaurant, as were the scenes from Noma, The French Laundry, and Ever, Chef Terry's restaurant, which is also a real restaurant, but obviously not owned by actress Olivia Colman.

Her family lived down the street from the Berzatto house - during the Christmas episode when Mikey and Richie were telling Carmy about running into Claire, Mikey referred to her as, "that chubby little girl from down the street". Anyway, the scene where she's looking down the street towards Carm's house while Donna's car was being towed away took place 5 years before she and Carmy finally hooked up. She was very obviously wanting to get with him for a long time.
