Dude that’s fine and great, from what I remember it’s G5’s 3rd appearance and battle against Kizaru and the elders, not to mention it’s upcoming 25th anniversary so I know it’ll be big and special. That’s still not comparable to Bleach chapters 612 to early 660s with a bunch of expanded/extended anime original scenes fleshing it out. Go back and read all of those chapters, imagine it with top-tier animation, direction, and pacing and you’ll see what I mean. As for cour 4, it doesn’t matter what Bleach is up against as that’ll be flat out Internet breaking. More than likely next fall and by then OP will be in its current Elbaf arc which guaranteed won’t compare.

Cour 3 isn’t just going to be special peak in terms of writing or story, but also in terms of action, animation and pacing, which is what the general and casual masses want. One piece hasn’t even been the most sold manga of the year since 2018 and it’s last updated lifetime sales was about 523 million, that’s still nearly 80 to 100 million sales behind superman, if it ever surpasses it great but it won’t be anytime soon and like you said it hasn’t had new content in a whole generation of 20 to 30 years which is how long one piece has been around, best believe it would have far more than that 600m + sales if it has, although now that I’m thinking about it I don’t know if that’s even true as I remember the New 52 so that might be wrong. Alright, I know this is clearly an OP agenda but for those that can’t tell, let’s just debunk this real quick. 1. Manga sales are dictated strictly by Japan that prefer manga over anime and rarely counts the full sales of overseas since they are unfortunately, incredibly xenophobic. Not to mention that it’s really just the same people rebuying the same copies of manga over & over again, as admitted by many buyers of manga, it’s an otaku obsession and profession. 2. IMDb scores are used to be mainly for movies and continues to be more so accurate for them, but nowadays due to bots mindlessly downvoting/upvoting from cluts with an agendas like you clearly have, its no longer a reliable source, at least when it comes to TV shows/series or rather more specifically anime in this case. 3. Even if we took the sales and IMDb ratings seriously in this particular case: first off sales don’t dictate quality only popularity, Bleach not only started a few years after OP but it was off the air for a decade, and between the years of 2017 to 2022 it sold 40 million despite no ongoing manga/anime, not to mention that aside from that one piece just appeals more to Japanese culture in relations to liberation from an oppressive regime which relates to their work culture and seeking freedom from it. Naruto and Bleach were more successful everywhere else as to why they were more popular and praised. As for IMDb, Bleach TYBW reached at 9.0 rating first and its highest rating was a 9.2 at first before it got downvoted, so technically it would be #1. I’m referring to it’s upcoming episode, and in general Bleach barely constitutes as a seasonal since it’s an OG, regardless of its format. Also, you have to admit the direction could be a lot better and the pacing has always continues to be an issue, there’s no denying that.

It was intentional since it’s been a year from the last part and it lined up with the Kaiser Kasang (Quincy king folklore) 9 minute reveal awakening of Yhwach’s Almighty, not to mention there was a new added scene from the main cast perspectives in the middle of it, so it worked out in the end anyways.
