Rob Lizzie can’t take Charlie with her because he biologically is not her child and she’s not sure if Tommy will allow it, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t love Charlie, she has been taking care of him since he was a baby. Even before her and Tommy were married. Tommy even admitted that the best thing the Shelby boys can do is to fine a wife that hates the life, because he knows that will keep them grounded. Lizzie is not afraid to call Tommy out on his BS and I love her for that. Being a gangster doesn’t mean you can’t be a loving and active father, it’s crazy that it was his daughters Bday and Tommy was just about to skip that shit, like I understand that Tommy still has issues regarding the war and what it did to him but just SAY that, that’s all Lizzie is asking for, to voice these things to her. She’s having his kids, taking care of his household and putting up with her and her children’s lives being at stake 24/7. The least Tommy can do is just talk to her. People who can’t understand that basic fact are ignorant plain and simple.
