Added 2023-01-25 18:45:25 +0000 UTCWith the Ahri/Sona and Ranni animation done, I've learned a lot from them. Working with a new rendering software and learning its workflow is something you learn with time, spotting mistakes, learning what's causing it and then how to fix it.
Ranni's animation had a weird hair blocks of black which now I know what caused them and there's a comparison above to show how it would affect the final render
Both Ahri/Sona and Ranni's also featured some shader mistakes where I was using the right textures yes but in the wrong way, think of it as instead of telling the rendering software to use only black and white's I would be telling it to use the whole color ramp, and since there are 256 shades of total white scaling down to total black I was telling the computer to use millions of color shades and so the final renders where okay but not great!
Its a learning process! That had to happen eventually! I will be begging to work on Thor/Sif animation soon and promise to open commissions at the latest by March
