Thas like saying why ask steph curry to help you with shooting when you can just look up a lethalshooter video and practice in your backyard lol. there's a difference between watching videos and trying to copy what you see vs having one of the best in their craft there with you to watch you and correct you and ask questions to and you can learn all of the intricacies of what they do and how they think. Marcus ain't just learning how to make certain desserts, he's learning how to be a high level pastry chef.

We get to learn more about him than we did in season 1. By the way, I can’t get over Adam Warlock in the kitchen just as much as the Punisher and Micro reuniting in flashback form.

2024-08-23 02:02:37 +0000 UTCThis show does a lot of show don't tell with the characters to show who they are and what they're going through or thinking and I think the scene with Marcus and the old man who fell off the bike was meant to be juxtaposed with that scene of him on the phone with Syd expressing how he wishes he could be there for his mom and him being worried and feeling kind of guilty about being there while his mom needs his help, but if he wasn't there in that moment to help that old man, he might've been there til morning, type shit. Like, Marcus needed to be there, what he's doing there matters, and his mom is proud of him no matter what. That's what I took from it. BUT, it definitely should've been Tyler instead of that old white man lol
