Sha KS didn't k ow what Mihawk was there for and asked if he was there for a fight, which Mihawk scoffed in Shanks face and told him he wouldn't fight a one armed man. Oda already showed Mihawk is scared of anyone e or anything. He only cares about what he cares about, and once Shanks lost that arm, Mihawk sees fighting him would be unfair. The two fought when Shanks had both arms. Why would so.eone be scared of fighting the same person if it end either in Mihawks victory, a draw, or undecided. It makes no kind of sense.
