Though I do understand why Syd and Marcus should have said sorry too(I will never deny that). I would say to give a better understanding to why it's portrayed as Carmy being at fault is because he is the boss and service should not even have started in the first place that day. He should have called it off for the day(for the online orders atleast), and not try to keep up with the an impossible task of the hundreds maybe a thousand orders that are expected to be ready at open(even if it is Syd's fault the order were there in the first place). Him being boss and calling the shots, he should have called it a day. But I do still also think that Syd and Marcus should have said sorry too I understand where everyone is coming from. Personally me I could live with things going the way they did in the story though.

2024-07-27 05:46:00 +0000 UTCthis episode wrapped up every end, when carmy was in the fridge and looking through the notebook he was realising every sydney been doing for the kitchen and thats why he was amazed and the scene abt the fire is a call back to his talk with marcus when he said if he didnt put out the fire all of his anxiety and stress would go with the fire but at the end of the day you put out the fire and it being tina and sweeps doing it is to show that hes not alone anymore

My main issue is that those two don't think they did anything wrong.
