Sure, Tanjiro could have died multiple times but we know why he didn't, it's explained so....🤷🏾♀️ And it's not like he got away completely unscathed. And he had help/protection so of course he didn't die. 2. He did not just magically learn water breathing, what? Urokodaki TAUGHT him. Were you not paying attention??? 3. The ghost children DID cut the boulder...that's how they went to the demon slayer selection (but died) in the first place. Urokodaki wouldn't have let them go if they didn't cut that boulder. The boulder just got bigger over time due to Urokodaki trying to keep his students from succeeding at his training, going to the selection but then dying. Tanjiro may have gotten the biggest boulder but the technique to cut it was the same, the ghost children just helped develop the technique which was....Water Breathing!

At the beginning of demon slayer, tanjiro was slashing a rock repeatedly until he magically learnt water breathing somehow, and then he gets trained by ghost children in something that they themselves have never done before 💀 there are a lot more examples of just TRASH writing throughout the series but this would be a big ass paragraph
