Even as he was slowly losing consciousness, he was thinking about Megumi, Nobara, etc. His final wish was to be in Kuala Lumpur, Malysia. On the other hand, Meimei abandoned her team without thinking twice about the students & teachers and fled to Kuala Lumpur, doing the nasty with her brother and still thinking about her money in the end. Just a huge contrast/parallel between the kind Nanami who died fighting for his people and the morally sick Meimei who's still alive and satisfied despite everything she did
