Realistically, if they are just breathing with an oxygen mask, that means they will be fine eventually, but when they ever wake up the may not be the same afterwards. Like suho was perfectly healthy, agile and quick. But in real life with a TBI (traumatic brain injury), he could either be healthy again but not be 100% like he was physically, could be mentally disabled afterwards, or both. It would be a miracle if he woke up fully functional to even be at 80% of what he was before he got those injuries. But also miracles do happen. Where i live we recently had a cop get shot in the head and was able to leave the hospital alive after almost 6mths in the hospital. The cop is not like they were before, but was able to do things on their own somewhat.

So suho won’t be in it because it takes place i think at a time not mentioned in the actual webtoon that he went to the school in this season. If you want to see more acting from the 3 male leads: Latest work for: Actor for Sieun-Love song for illusion Actor for Bum seok-Revenant Actor for Suho- Twinkling watermelon I would assume you guys would like “revenant” more because it’s a darker series. But dramas you guys would probably be not too interested in would be: “Love song for illusion” is more mysterious/love story. “Twinkling watermelon” is more family centered/ heavy concepts. All of the dramas have interesting concepts though. I would try watching them just for fun if you guys ever show interest in switching up your reactions.

Beom-seok was depressed and wanted physical punishment because he felt so guilty for what he did to Su-ho, so Si-eun didn't give him the satisfaction because he knew that Beom-seok would really suffer more without any punishment.
