The symbolism of the death march during The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived is an experience. I grew up listening to TS, also born in 1989 so I had many similar experiences that made each album release incredibly relatable. I love seeing other people experience TS albums and explore what they mean.

It starts with last summer when she was dating Matty Healy & "fans" literally put a letter online called Speak Up Now, basically telling her that she needed to stop dating Matty Healy🙄 That's who is "bitching & moaning" & writing soliloquies. In the end she seems to be talking about her & Travis because her Dad loves him but those same "fans" are really freaking loud, continuously, about Travis too! They love to "save" Taylor by pointing out Travis' "red flags". This is one of my favourite songs for her because I've wanted to slap all of those supposed fans for almost a year, so hearing that from her just made me cackle😂 Love this reaction guys! PS- Florida!!! is written because Taylor loves watching True Crime shows like Dateline & she said so many times & it seems like Florida is the place that a lot of people go to disappear or dump bodies in the swamp, kind of like No Body, No Crime from Evermore!
