Common sense is what present Lucy is using😂. Now why didn’t old Lucy close the gate? I never knew why maybe because she didn’t witness it happen and was told a lie about how they came about

2024-03-12 20:44:26 +0000 UTCAnother thing that you guys seem to be confused about, regarding Natsus’ Lighting Fire Dragon mode. You guys have to remember that this is a world of MAGIC and in ANY magic show you watch, you can learn ANY magic spell because all magic originates from the same source(in FT that is the darkness or whatever Zeref and his followers said). Laxus and Natsu have the same magic type, Dragon Slayer Magic. Which makes there magics way more compatible. So when Laxus gave Natsu his lighting and Natsu absorbed it, he basically learned how to wield and conjure that element with his OWN magical power at will because he was able to use it and feel it first hand. So he gained a new stronger mode because Laxus essentially “taught” (if you will) him how to use that elemental type of magic. It’s the same thing when Gajeel ate Rouges Shadows and merged his Iron Dragon Slayer magic with Rouges Shadow Dragon Slayer Magic to create a whole NEW form. Let’s put it this way, almost anyone can learn almost anyone’s magical ability if they study and practice it and if that persons magical ability is closely related to the person trying to copy it. The only difference is, certain mages have body types or certain bloodlines types, etc that make them more suited/better at using certain types of magic where others could find it possible but it could FEEL impossible because they lack the requirements to do so. For Ex, Natsu could try using Lucy’s keys to summon someone but it wouldn’t work because that’s a special case where he needs to be apart of a Celestial Bloodline, and have a contract and all that detailed stuff, which Natsu DOES NOT have, which would make it impossible. He’d feel the magic but it won’t do anything/respond to him. The anime will touch more on this topic in future episodes. So to summarize, ALMOST anyone can learn ALMOST any magic type/spell if they have the NECESSARY requirements to perform a particular magic/spell. Again lots of factors go into it but that’s just the base line of how magic in Fairy Tail(and pretty much any magic show) works. Hope this helped if any of you managed to see it.
