She used her own power (stated by Mavis) to manipulate light from the moon sun and stars. It solely depends on the user how strong the attack is.

Like I said before when comes to the important fights majority of the wins aren't earned and majority of the loses aren't deserved. Cana winning the mana scale shit is cheating cause the purpose of the test is to measure your mana output. Her real mana output was never shown.
