One theory as to why Dragon Slayer Magic causes motion sickness is, because their bodies are taking on the physical attributes of a Dragon such as Dragon Lungs and Scales and because the stronger they get the more Dragon attributes they take on. Once they reach a certain level of strength their bodies get rewired for flight. This is why all Dragon Slayers can naturally and instinctively fight and fly in the air with the help of Exceeds. Essentially their natural balance is being altered for flight so when they’re on a moving vehicle it throws off their new sense of balance and causes motion sickness
