2024-08-18 16:17:49 +0000 UTCyou guys saying it’s not real… what sucks is all of these things are based on separate real things. korean students had to fight their rights hoping for teachers to stop physically abusing them this was an actual THING!! teachers back then were completely and utterly allowed to smack and hit students to the point of bleeding/bruising. it’s so sickening to think about.

2024-01-18 22:09:21 +0000 UTCThis show was so good in the way it makes you feel, but bruh it’s was hard to watch that girl get treated that way! To know it’s loosely based on a true story is wild. To have to walk around with those physical scars as a reminder of the abuse and all those who stood by as a bystander, I can’t comprehend what that would do to someone’s psyche. The first couple of mins was enough for me to be completely okay with whatever happens to these people in order for that girl to know peace.

Criminals, and gangs don’t have access to guns due to this (which is why knife crime is the highest) only law enforcement have access to guns. Also this was based off real life events. And believe it or not bullying like this does exist, we just don’t hear about it.

It was actually worse than the show. I heard of a lot of bullying cases from Korea and these scenes were pretty close. Bullying has been taken seriously to the point if a Kpop idol/actor gets into a scandal they could loose their career.
