We don’t even know how they’ll set up Doom, let alone what role his MCU version will play, compared to the role of his comic counterpart in the Secret Wars comics version. This is the MCU. They switch stories of characters all the time. This movie was a 9/10 for me!💪🏾💪🏾🔥🔥 And also, y’all gotta remember the reason Star-Lord did what he did wasn’t just because of his emotions (which was realistic for his character) but also because it was all meant to happen regardless. Strange made sure everything that played out, played out exactly. If there was another way, I’m 💯 confident he would’ve teleported Quill away from Thanos while Tony and Peter were trying to get the gauntlet off of Thanos. And despite his actions, I give props to Quill; he took down Tony and Peter in that encounter. And also, to add, Tony did the same thing in Civil War, even though the situation was different in their movies. Tony, blinded by rage, attacked Bucky for killing his parents and refused to stop and listen to reason. Quill, blinded by rage, attacked Thanos because he killed Gamora, the last person he loved and cared about, and refused to stop and listen to reason. In terms of reacting negatively after learning the truth about the desth of people you care about, Tony and Quill both fit the description of screwing up in the moments they should’ve kept their heads together. But it’s understandable for their reasons of acting that way.
