Honestly, Infinity war and Civil War were always my favorites, and no matter how you rank them, Marvel had the Russo's in their BAAAGGGs for these 2 movies and ain't nobody gonna tell me otherwise! I think the rollout of both Black Panther AND Peter Parker were EXCELLENCE personified, and again, ain't nobody gonna tell me otherwise. This movie is by far THE most underrated marvel film of all time. It's up there with Infinity war and Endgame.

Dude has the potential to kill his villains in 1 hit, and the fact Spidey didn't even struggle to catch Bucky's arm but cap did. That just proves Spidey is stronger in strength, and yeah cap has experience in both combat and years of training. But again spidey's only had those powers for 6 months, give him the same amount of years as Cap, and cap wouldn't stand a chance. If Spiderman doesn't hold back because of his strength, he could technically punch a hole in cap's head with one punch, that's how strong y'all are forgetting he is, (obviously still no match for Wanda, she OP asf.) and for the record Peter/spiderman is definitely smart enough, and in the long run he actually becomes smarter then Tony. Spiderman is literally one of the 4 smartest heroes of marvel, along with Reed Richards, Tony, Bruce, and now Peter. Why do you think Tony left all his "work" with Peter cause he knew he would be smart enough or even smarter.

Cap was wrong to not tell Tony the truth and fought/beat up military officials who were only doing their rightful duty in trying to detain a mass murderer. Bucky is pretty much a weapon that can be controlled with the right tools. Brainwashed or not , if he killed one of your family members and Cap was fighting for his freedom would you be as understanding? I doubt it. Now, I agree with Captain's perspective, but I can't 100% side with him either. I think Bucky should still be held accountable to an extent for what he did. It's shitty (because of the brainwashing and all), but the fact remains that he killed people. I'm not saying he has to serve a sentence, but at least pay for something. He can't just run away and live free. The only one that I agree should be let free is Hulk because locking him up could be counterproductive (and it's not going to work anyway).

Let’s not forget, the government going after Bucky, who was framed for a crime he didn’t commit, is the same government that was literally infiltrated by HYDRA. HYDRA has been in the government for DECADES since Cap went under for almost 70 years. Captain America: The Winter Soldier literally revealed that HYDRA was in the government agency undercover the whole time plotting and scheming so I don’t blame Cap for not wanting to trust and rely on the government on how they should handle the situation in regards to the accords and dealing with Bucky. For all we know, them capturing Bucky would give HYDRA a chance to recapture and use him again. Bucky is a murderer only because HYDRA took and manipulated him into being a killer for their service. He had no control whatsoever, they tortured and brainwashed him. And he was 💯 needed for the mission to hunt down Zemo and the other Winter Soldiers because he knew what those super-soldiers were capable of. Why wouldn’t you bring him along? He was needed no question. It would’ve been stupid not to bring him. Overall, this movie is 9/10 for me and this reaction was 🔥🔥
