Also I'm pretty sure from the implications of this episode that Marie's powers hurt her also. It's not just an unlimited supply of blood, she always seems weakened by the blood loss, and when she's emotional she always resorts to cutting which probably wouldn't be a form of catharsis if it didn't affect her normally. I'm watching along with y'all so idk yet, but I'm excited to see them unfold more around the parallels between Marie and her roommate and their self harm related tendencies and powers.
