The type-moon / fate visuals novels are the literal best pieces of writing youll probably find in the “anime” industry. The characters and fights have MUCH more depth then bleach and naruto by a mile. The overall verse is probably the most lore and detail heavy piece of work youll probably ever find. It just that the anime HEAVILY condenses it and cuts like almost everything (its why alot of visual novel readers dislike the anime adaptation)

Anyway there’s never been any comparisons made between Evangelion and Gurran Lagann, Berserk 97 + the 3 Golden age movies are always recommended, which proves that they’re more then good. Shirogoat’s accolades speak for themselves as he is always credited as the greatest anime composer. The fate fights are always in a top 10 due to its animation, nothing else. Honestly that’s all the fate series has going for it compared to others.

The first is the fate route (saber), the second is Unlimited Blade Works(Rin), and then Heavens Feel which is Sakuras route. Each route has different ways that the story unfolds and many differences both big and small. A big difference happens early on when Shiro did not use a command spell to stop Saber when she was fighting archer in the very beginning. Because he didn't use a command spell, Archer ended up getting injured and couldn't help fight Berserker like he did in UBW. Glad you guys are watching these and here's hoping that Ufotable remakes the fate route!

Besides that I’ve only ever heard and seen they’ve got the best fights due to their animation, which you just proved since you said it looks better, so there’s nothing more to it than that even with any possible complex characters that are rather convoluted from everything and everyone that I’ve heard it from. While it’s well known that Bleach has the best OSTs. And and type moon fan knows that Shirou is one of the most complex chars if you read the game you anime only trash . And regardless about your last paragraph it’s general consensus that heavens feel fight are the pinnacle of fights. I’ve never heard anyone say a bleach fight or Naruto fight looks better or has better chrography/ost then the trilogy . Shirou actually has solid motivation/ backstory . In general the big 3 main chars are shallow
