2023-10-16 05:48:25 +0000 UTCfirst time waching and that Hannibal escape scene made perfect sense to how he could escape unnoticed, also cops are not Doctors so they can only do so much. like check if you are alive and thats it. the real doctors came in fairly quick and tried to do something but hannibal had a fake seizure, and the ambulance part isnt stupid either bc it happened basically as soon as they took off. plus Hannibals a expert, you think he'd be able to make sure they cant tell its not his real face or make it blend in

Zodiac would not have been possible without silence of the lambs. Crime shows would’ve never been possible without silence of the lambs. Even the direction had never been done before. As a woman this is an absolute HORROR show; just like zodiac but this is much more creepy and psychological. Ghosts and exorcists aren’t scary because it’s not reality, but a woman getting kidnapped and tortured and abused and killed …… that’s every day. Good reaction nonetheless.

He was someone beloved or important from how they kept saying his name so they saw he was breathing and quickly put him in the ambulance. Psychos are psychos because they don’t operate right and that’s why bill plays with his food. Hannibal is also a psychopath so him just helping detectives is to gain a sense of trust to play with them. In Red Dragon you’ll see that. Maybe more grounded horror/thrillers are better for them like the evil dead rise movie they watched.
