SPOILERS It has become pretty apparent that Uta is supposed to mirror Joy Boy - so there's little reason for her to be included in the main story, because she's served her purpose in the plot. However, I do think that the events surrounding the movie and different faction' reaction will also mirror the final war of One Piece - so in that regard, it might be bigger spoilers than one thinks. Kind of how Luffy talking with the dog in East Blue is foreshadowing Luffy' ability to communicate with any living thing on some level. SPOILERS
