That's why they planned this whole thing ("Naksu" coming back) so that Naksu could kill Buyeon and that will put the blame on Jang Uk. Lady Jin will then be mad at Jang Uk so no more Jang Uk to protect Jinyowon. Remember Jinyowon contains lots of relics and maybe they need something from there to help their goal of obtaining an ice stone
