And so it rained and several stones (ice stones) fell from the sky. People learned these stones held power and so wars were waged to collect them. Seo Gyeong (Master Lee's master) therefore destroyed all but secretly left one ice stone for his beloved Seolran. Jump to the present, there's currently a drought ongoing and you can figure from the Queen and Jin Mu's conversation that this drought was man-made because they want to do another rain ritual so that new ice stones could be created from the sky because obviously they couldn't get the one inside Jang Uk.
