As mentioned in my "sneak peek" of this photo set last week, I ended up booking three different photo shoots in December. The first of these shoots was with Ivan Guzman Photography, who I connected with on Model Mayhem after he reached out regarding his interest in shooting me for portraits and fine art nude work.

In addition to portraiture, Ivan specializes in boudoir photography and although he regularly works with female clients, he was looking to expand his portfolio by collaborating with male models. I was happy to explore some concepts he had been interested in and we met up for a shoot at his studio space the first week of December.

The shoot started off with portrait and fashion photography, fully clothed, before we moved on to shots in underwear and then nude. It was my first time shooting in a studio space with a professional set-up as well as amazing lighting and I was fascinated by the whole process. Ivan had his camera connected directly to a computer display and after a handful of shots, we would stop and review the photos on-screen and discuss what worked and what didn't. This collaborative process in real-time was a great motivator in getting the best shots possible!

So as not to force you to scroll through an overload of images, I'll be sharing the photos from this shoot through multiple posts over the next few days. This first post contains a selection of portrait and fashion shots, which I was excited to be able to add to my portfolio since I hardly had any photos of me wearing clothes!
